About the BYU Industrial Design Symposium
The BYU Industrial Design Department hosts an annual symposium and student show. It provides an opportunity for students and professionals to network, participate in student portfolio reviews, engage in presentations given by successful professionals, as well as afford inspiration and growth for all who attend.

Visitor parking for non-students is located in the parking lot near the Museum of Art. The Hinckley Center is a short walk from here.

User Experience Designer at Lucid
I believe that user-experience design is more than an artifact or deliverable of “customer thinking”. It is an inclusive process that promotes risk-taking and accountability. Understanding people, culture, and the human experience is necessary to designing and driving UX value within organizations. Additionally, creating a UX culture within a company is paramount in bridging the gap between technology and people.
